How long does shipping take?

No extra charges to EU.

Any orders placed after 16h00 Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

RETURNS

You can return your item for a refund within 30 days from the date the package was delivered to you.

How can I return an item?

We hope you and your new purchase are very happy together. However, if it's not a match made in heaven, you can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Please be aware that all items must be returned to us in brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund. Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. Therefore, you will need to return your items for a refund and place a new order if you'd like a different size.

Items marked as non-refundable, including but not limited to beauty products, swimwear, and earrings, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide – including big cities and small island nations.

Do i have to pay customs charges on my order?

All Minga London orders are currently shipped from our warehouses in Portugal or UK. If you are in the European Union you won’t be charged any customs.

Free-Trade Countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. Andorra, San Marino and Turkey.


If your country is not included on the list above you may be charged customs duties.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Minga London.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia– All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the Department of Home Affairs.

New Zealand- All orders above NZD$1000 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the New Zealand Customs Service website.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Is Minga an ethical brand? why?

We're all about being ethical. Our crew is like a tight-knit family, and we ensure our suppliers share our values. When we craft new looks, we're all about being planet friendly. Also, most of our clothes are both created and manufactured right in Portugal.

What does Minga mean?

MINGA is the owner’s nickname, which her brother gave her when they were kids. Even today, he doesn’t know the meaning behind it or the reason for that name.
Other possible meanings for the word are just a funny coincidence.

Is Minga London trustworthy?

Minga London was born in London, in 2014. We started selling tie dye t-shirts across London markets and then online on Amazon, eBay and Etsy. Some of you may know us from there. In 2016 we launched our own website, and since then the brand has been exponentially growing, having become a cult feature/icon for young people from all around the world.

Our production is all based in Portugal, which is why part of the business is there and why the quality is so special.

Will i have to pay customs charges after brexit?

No. You won’t have to pay any additional charges.
You can expect the same service and great products! If there is any import cost associated with your order we will cover it for you. :)
