MINGA X YOU: Meet the artists

Last year, we kicked off the MINGA X YOU contest, putting out the call for rising artists to show us their most epic, jaw-dropping designs—and you definitely delivered! We invited YOU to submit your original graphics, and after sifting through an avalanche of incredible entries, we handpicked four insanely talented winners to feature in our MINGA X YOU collection. These designs are all about bold vibes, serious attitude, and a whole lot of creativity (obviously). So, if you're into cool, edgy, and totally original gear, you’re in the right place.
Now, let’s meet the artists who turned our clothes into walking works of art—and maybe get a little nosy about what makes them tick. (Spoiler alert: They’re all kinds of awesome.)

Meet Justine – dreamy nostalgia with a twist

Say hi to Justine, the artist who’s always pushing herself for more—more passion, more creativity, and as she admits herself, maybe a bit more organisation (but, hey, no one’s perfect).
Her winning design merges whimsical nostalgia with a splash of angelic, and a dash of Y2K. Drawing from the rollercoaster of adolescence, she’s bottled up those bittersweet feelings of love, dreams, and melancholy into her art.
Fun fact: her artistic journey hit turbo mode when she got her hands on a graphics tablet, and since then, she's been hooked on creating digitally. This anime-inspired design is all about capturing the magic of youth, and she hopes when you wear it, you'll remember to hold onto that childlike wonder.

This is Sloppy Wrist – cosmic graffiti vibes

Meet Sloppy Wrist, the USA-based artist whose design is a wild blend of graffiti flair and street art, with a sprinkle of anime and comic book energy.
Her graphic top showcases a green-skinned girl, embodying her edgy, playful style that’s just a little out there—exactly how we like it. Inspired by graffiti and fueled by a love for Scott Pilgrim, her design started as a mini comic strip and evolved into a fashion statement that screams individuality.
Her mantra? “Keep it weird” and embrace whatever quirky influences have shaped you—be it nu-metal, dress-up games, or pro-wrestling (yep, all of the above influenced her style). And honestly, we’re totally here for it.

Say hello to Zannier and some serious self-discovery

Introducing Zannier, the Portuguese artist transforms deep self-reflection into seriously cool graphic art.
Her top isn’t just a design; it’s a personal statement, inspired by the journey of finding your inner strength before seeking it elsewhere. Zannier’s art is her way of saying, “Hey, embrace who you are and let your emotions shine!”
From childhood doodles to powerful statements, art has been Zannier’s ride-or-die, shaping her life and work. This top isn’t just a piece of clothing; it’s a bold reminder to tap into your own emotions and see where they take you.

Dakota – Stars, wings, and all the feels

Last but not least, meet Dakota, the Luxembourg artist who turned her love for anime into a cosmic design that’s truly out of this world.
Her top features a celestial vibe and the empowering phrase “wings to carry me,” capturing that feeling of reaching for the stars and embracing your inner dreamer.
For Dakota, art is all about expressing her passion and inspiring others to chase their dreams. This design is more than just a graphic—it’s a personal manifesto of ambition and cosmic adventure.
